How to read this
One lane per install (first_open), China excluded. x is time since that player's own install, in 10-minute steps, up to 14 days. The pale bar is the player's lifetime: first to last event of any kind within 14 days.
Normalized stacks each build's players as “top N%”, so a 300-player build and a 3,000-player build overlay directly. Player count gives one lane per player, so the bigger build is taller.
Overlay draws A (blue) and B (orange) on top of each other for one thing at a time: lifetime, or first-to-last of one event. Separate draws each build in its own panel with every selected event as a coloured tick.
Only players observed for the whole range drops installs too recent to have had the full zoom window. Leave it on when comparing builds, or a new build looks like it churns faster.
Build = the build the player installed on. Builds with fewer than 30 installs in the window are grouped as “other”. Campaign from AppsFlyer, joined on appsflyer_id: about 45% of installs match a paid campaign; the rest are Organic or Unattributed. Country is the first event's geo (IP-based).
Android only. Window: the last 90 complete days. Days the export is missing or nearly empty are unobserved — see the warning at the top when there are any.
