Read these numbers with care
Revenue is gross. The GA4 export carries no refund or cancellation
event, so every revenue figure here is before refunds. Reconcile against Play
Console before treating one as booked.
Revenue tracking starts 2026-07-20 (app version 16), which is a
tracking boundary, not the store opening — purchase events fire on real
SKUs from 2026-07-07. "No payers before 07-20" is likely an instrumentation
artifact.
Campaign attribution is partial. Roughly 45% of installs resolve to a
campaign across the whole base (rising to ~85% among players who reach campaign
stages); the rest show as "(unattributed)". Filtering to one campaign samples
the players, it never partitions them.
Revenue is whale-dominated at this scale. A single player can be a
double-digit share of a country or campaign total. Check concentration before
believing a per-country number.
Don't pool the Tier 1 campaigns. Their conversion rates differ by more
than 20×, so pooling drags every rate toward the cheaper campaign's floor.
